About a month after my last EDC update my up until then trusty Timex Expedition started losing time.
At first it was only about five minutes slow at the end of the week. But last weekend I had synched the watch with the time clock at work and by the time I finished my shift my trusty Timex was about thirty minutes behind. I don't know about you but that's not very trustworthy.
So I began my search for a replacement ... I looked at the current Timex lineup and the watches I handled just didn't feel as tough. So I checked out the G-Shock line by Casio. I settled on a model 810-D.
It's a nicely featured watch, and I got a great deal on it. I may end up getting the old Timex serviced for nostalgia since it's served me so well.
