But I wasn't satisfied with just modding the handles so I made a lanyard for it, ok you say that's pretty basic most folks do that. well while browsing the BCUSA forums I cam across this thread: BK2 Sheath Mod by The Warrior and I liked the mods he had done. But I wasn't sure I wanted to go that far.

What I did do was add a pouch in my case a County Comm Large PCC and a couple 3/8" cable clamps to hold the firesteel.
The cable clamps close up.
The pouch will fit a standard size Altoids tin with some extra room.

Everything all together, I just need to order some shock cord to be sure the firesteel won't fall out, as it is right now it's pretty snug.
